Key 2 Project 
Key 2 Project is a project which aims to enhance the quality of life changes for those in our community who may be socially excluded and to raise awareness and promote social inclusion in the wider community through a wealth of support and learning opportunities.
I am pleased to report that Key 2 continues to work towards continuous expansion, development and delivery of life skills training programmes, services and activities. The life skills training programmes form an integral part of residential service users support plans which satisfy PBNI and Supporting people quality standards and framework.
Throughout the 2005/2006 year there has been considerable growth within the Key 2 project. We were fortunate to be able to employ two Key 2 project support workers and are now pleased to be able to deliver a comprehensive life skills, educational, art and recreational programmes, activities and services to all service users within Edward Street Hostel Ltd residential projects and Floating Support project.
Craigavon & Banbridge Health & Social Services Trust are also funded the Key 2 project during the review period which helps enormously in our ability to deliver our services to other agencies and groups who fulfil our referral criteria. We hope to develop this interagency work in the years ahead.
We are committed to delivering the best possible services, training and activities to our service users. The Key 2 project team are dedicated and committed and are the Key 2 Project’s greatest asset. The quality and performance of the Key 2 Project is measurable in the interaction and participation with service users with whom staff engage and motivate on a daily basis.
